”Chiropractics is a medical and health specialty that focuses on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical diseases of the musculoskeletal system, and the impact of these diseases on the function of the nervous system and the overall health. Chiropractics emphasizes manual operation skills, including joint correction and manual treatment, with particular emphasis on the correction of joint dislocation.”

——Extracted from the World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines on basic training and safety of chiropractic Medicine published in 2005

CHIROPRACTIC spinal and nerve center was established in 2013,

and has opened a number of rehabilitation centers in Gubei, Nanjing West Road, Lujiazui and other areas.

CHIROPRACTIC focuses on the rehabilitation of spinal pain and maintains the overall health by

correcting the relationship between the spine and the nerves.

CHIROPRACTIC provides pure American Chiropractic service, and its chiropractic experts come from

Europe and America,

All have received professional education and training,

and have international professional qualification and treatment experience.

CHIROPRACTIC firmly believes that it is worth letting more people know,

trust and benefit from American Chiropractic.

For this reason, we have been working hard.

Sports injury

Causes of injury: Lack of sufficient warm-up, over-stretch and excessive movements Chronic and degenerative joint problems came quite often from sports injuries. Early treatment is essential in order to return to sufficient function. Famous athletes rely on chiropractic care to maximize their performance, prevent sport accidents and quick recovery from injuries.

Headache and Migraine

Causes: Migraine is often caused by nerve compression or disc bulge at the cervical vertebrae due to spinal or neck muscle injuries. There are many types of headaches and they all may be aggravated by stress, incorrect posture and certain movements. Medication provides temporary relief but is seldom a permanent solution.

Neck pain / Limbs Numbness

Neck pain and stiffness are due to misalignment and injuries to the neck’s vertebrae. Common symptoms include headaches, migraines, stiff and sore neck muscles, loss of concentration and disturbed sleep. If symptoms interfere inter vertebral foramen, it can lead to numbness and tingling in the arms, hands or finger tips. Causes: Car accidents, traumatic injuries, sports injuries, chronic bad posture at the computer or workstation.

Back Pain

There are several reasons for low back pain as well: one is spinal disc herniation compression of nerves, causing low back pain. Secondly, the lumbar fasciitis is relatively broad. Local inflammation will cause lower back pain, often more obvious, obvious at night, reduced when active. Third, disc slippage, facet joint disorder, synovial clipping caused by local back pain. In addition, bacterial infections, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, myeloma and osteoporosis can cause back pain.

Joint Pain

Injuries to the joints – shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, ankles or wrists can cause misalignment and damage to the surrounding muscles and ligaments. An uncorrected injury can result in recurring pain, scar tissue formation and joint degeneration changes. Common examples are frozen shoulder, tennis elbow and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS). Alternative to surgery, chiropractic care is widely proved to be highly effective in managing CTS. Causes: Sports injuries, common slips and falls, repetitive injuries – jerking and lifting heavy loads.

Scoliosis

Scoliosis is a medical condition in which a person’s spine is curved from side to side. Early detection, intervention, and correction are crucial. Scoliosis can cause pain, breathing problems, degeneration of spinal vertebrae and abnormal/unbalanced physical appearance. Causes: Heavy backpacks from school, chronic bad posture, injuries and falls.

Herniated intervertebral disc

There are four major causes of disc herniation, including degenerative changes, trauma, pregnancy and genetic factors. At present, some genetic factors have been confirmed to be involved in the pathogenesis of disc herniation. Degenerative changes are when the elasticity of the disc decreases with age, allowing the nucleus pulposus to easily break through the surrounding annulus fibrosus, leading to disc herniation. Trauma can cause the disc to protrude suddenly due to external force. Pregnancy can increase the load on the lumbar spine and increase the pressure on the disc, so it is prone to protrusion.

Digestive System Discomfort

When T6-T8 vertebrae are misaligned and the thoracic nerve innervating the small intestine is compressed, upper gastrointestinal symptoms such as epigastric discomfort or pain, abdominal distension, diarrhea, early satiety, loss of appetite, heartburn, burping, nausea, vomiting or nausea will occur.

Pelvic tilt

If the pelvis is tilted, rotated, tilted forward, tilted backward, etc. It will lead to unbalanced force on the pelvis and affect the normal activity of the pelvis. At the same time, it is also easy to have functional long and short legs in the lower limbs and have abnormal gait when walking. For young children, the occurrence of pelvic tilt will affect the growth and development of the normal spine, and it is easy to have scoliosis of the spine, which is manifested as high and low shoulders, razor back, and often accompanied by spinal facet joint pain and other muscle-skeleton symptoms. For women, it will bring a series of hazards such as dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation and dystocia.
