 The origin of American Chiropractic university can be traced back to Palmer college, which was founded in 1897. It is known as a leader in chiropractic education.


 Palmer college is the first and largest chiropractic school, enrolling nearly 2200 students every year. Its three campuses are located in Davenport of Iowa, Port Orange of Florida, and San Jose of California. It is also the only chiropractic school that provide three campuses for students to choose.


 In terms of education, Palmer college has the largest number of teaching staff, and students who study under the supervision of main author of spine therapy textbooks and research articles.
